Der konische Knopfbohrer als Kleinlochbohrer unterscheidet sich vom Gewindeknopfbohrer als Langlochbohrer. Die Kegelform passt zum Bohrer mit der Bohrstange und wird für Druckluft- oder handgeführte Presslufthammerbohrer im Steinbruch- und Bergbau eingesetzt.
